石斑鱼作为海水鱼类的重要代表,是我国极具市场潜力的养殖对象,其中珍珠龙胆石斑鱼养殖产量最高,对海南等地区乡村振兴做出了重要贡献.加强该品种养殖的生物经济规律研究,对促进渔业资源可持续利用、助力大食物系统构建和渔业强国建设具有重要意义.本文基于海南省入户访谈数据,结合该品种既有生物规律研究成果,构建了不同投苗期且养殖周期为 20 个月的珍珠龙胆石斑鱼池塘养殖生物经济模型,以揭示其最佳投苗期与最优养殖周期的生产组合及其影响因素.结果表明:(1)养殖生产的最佳投苗期为每年 10 月,在其投苗后养殖 18 个月收获可使养殖生产者获得利润最大化,形成最优生产组合;(2)在最优生产组合下,养殖生产的安全边际率最高,此时单位养殖总成本中饲料成本占比最大,其次分别是员工成本、鱼药成本和鱼苗成本;(3)在最优生产组合下,养殖生产利润对销售价格变动的敏感性最高,对总成本变动的敏感性次之.最后,文章提出了实现养殖生产利润最大化的对策建议.

As an important component of fishery resources,groupers have multiple values,among which the production of Pearl Gentian Grouper is the largest.Strengthening the research on the bioeconomic laws of the cultivation of this variety is not only conducive to the sustainable utilization of such fishery resources,but also beneficial to the construction of a large food system and the building of a powerful fishery country.Based on the household interview data in Hainan Province and combined with the existing research achievements on the biological laws of this variety,this paper establishes a bioeconomy model for the pond culture of Pearl Gentian Grouper with different fry stocking periods and a cultivation cycle of 20 months,aiming to reveal the production combination of the optimal fry stocking period and the optimal cultivation cycle as well as its influencing factors.The results show that:(1)The optimal fry stocking period for cultivation production is October every year,and harvesting after 18 months of cultivation after fry stocking can maximize the profits of aquaculture producers,forming an optimal production combination;(2)Under the optimal production combination,the safety margin ratio of cultivation production is the highest.At this time,the feed cost accounts for the largest proportion in the total unit cultivation cost,followed by the labor cost,fish medicine cost and fry cost;(3)Under the optimal production combination,in aquaculture production,profit is most sensitive to changes in sales prices,followed by changes in total costs.Suggestions for maximizing the profit of breeding production are put forward at the end of the paper.
