随着畜牧业的高速发展,动物生产中抗生素的不合理使用已引发药物残留、细菌耐药性等一系列公共卫生与生态安全问题,严重威胁人类和动物健康.因此,开发安全、高效、无残留的抗生素替代品已成为当前畜牧业的研究热点.中草药富含多糖、多酚等多种生物活性成分,具有来源广泛、纯天然、无残留等特点.中草药活性成分可以通过MAPK等信号通路调控相关基因的转录过程,从而调节免疫因子水平,影响机体的免疫机能.现有研究表明,特定中草药提取物可显著提升羊血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平,并调节IL-2、IL-6 等细胞因子表达,从而增强机体免疫功能.本文综述了中草药活性成分对羊免疫调节功能的分子机制及作用通路,旨在为植物源性饲料添加剂在畜牧生产体系中的科学应用提供理论依据和实践指导.

With the rapid development of animal husbandry,the irrational use of antibiotics in animal production has triggered a series of public health and ecological safety issues,such as drug residues and bacterial resistance,posing serious threats to both human and animal health.Consequently,the development of safe,efficient,and residue-free antibiotic alternatives has become a key research focus in the livestock industry.Chinese herbal medicines,rich in bioactive components such as polysaccharides and polyphenols,are characterized by their wide availability,natural purity,and absence of residues.The active constituents in these herbs can regulate the transcription of related genes through signaling pathways like MAPK,thereby modulating the levels of immune factors and influencing the immune function of organisms.Existing studies indicate that specific extracts from Chinese herbal medicines can significantly elevate serum immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,IgM levels in sheep and modulate the expression of cytokines such as IL-2 and IL-6,thereby enhancing immune function.This review systematically summarizes the molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways through which active components of Chinese herbal medicines regulate immune function in sheep.It aims to provide a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for the scientific application of plant-derived feed additives in animal production systems.
