犬猫肠道菌群特点及益生菌对肠道菌群的调控研究进展OA
Research Progress on the Characteristics of Gut Microbiota in Dogs and Cats and the Regulatory Effects of Probiotics
肠道菌群在调节动物免疫功能、营养物质代谢和消化吸收中发挥着重要作用,影响着肠道稳态和宿主健康.近年来,益生菌作为一种安全且有效的微生态制剂广泛应用于调节犬猫肠道平衡,维护犬猫健康.然而,益生菌的作用效果受菌株特异性、宿主差异性等因素影响,其具体机制仍需进一步研究.目前,犬猫的肠道菌群研究处于起步阶段,本文就犬猫肠道菌群的特点、肠道菌群对营养物质代谢与宿主健康的影响、及益生菌对犬猫肠道菌群的调控作用进行了综述,旨在为改善犬猫肠道健康及促进功能性宠物食品开发提供理论依据.
The gut microbiota plays a crucial role in regulating immune function,nutrient metabolism,and digestion and absorption in animals,significantly influencing intestinal homeostasis and host health.In recent years,probiotics have been widely utilized as safe and effective microecological agents to modulate the intestinal balance of dogs and cats,thereby promoting their overall health.However,the efficacy of probiotics is influenced by factors such as strain specificity and host variability,and their precise mechanisms require further investigation.Currently,researches on the gut microbiota of dogs and cats are still in its early stages.This review summarizes the characteristics of the gut microbiota in dogs and cats,its impact on nutrient metabolism and host health,and the regulatory effects of probiotics on the gut microbiota of dogs and cats.The aim is to provide a theoretical foundation for improving intestinal health in dogs and cats and advancing the development of functional pet foods.
