基因编辑技术在家畜抗病育种中的应用OA
Application of Gene Editing Technologies in Disease Resistance Breeding of Livestock
随着现代畜牧业的发展,集约化养殖模式在提高生产效益的同时,也加剧了畜禽传染病的传播风险,对动物养殖和人类健康产生了严重影响.传统药物治疗和育种方法在应对畜禽疾病方面存在局限性,难以从根源上解决问题.基因编辑技术的发展和应用为畜禽抗病育种提供了全新的策略和方法.本文综述了基因编辑技术的发展及其应用于猪、牛、羊等主要家畜抗病育种的最新进展,重点探讨了基因编辑技术在防控猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome,PRRS)、猪瘟(Classical Swine Fever,CSF)、非洲猪瘟(African Swine Fever,ASF)、牛乳腺炎和结核病(Bovine Tuberculosis,bTB)等重要传染病中的应用,以期为本领域进一步的研究和抗病育种提供参考.
With the development of modern animal husbandry,the intensive livestock farming improves the efficiency of rearing,but at the meantime increases the risk of transmission of infectious diseases,which has a serious impact on animal husbandry and human health.Traditional drug treatment and breeding methods have limitations in dealing with the diseases,and it is difficult to solve the problem at the root.The development and application of gene editing technologies provides a new strategy for disease resistance breeding of livestock and poultry.This article reviews the development of gene editing technologies and their application in disease resistance breeding of major livestock such as pigs,cattle and sheep,focusing on the application of gene editing technologies in the prevention and control of important infectious diseases such as porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS),swine fever(CSF),African swine fever(ASF),bovine mastitis and tuberculosis(bTB).It is expected to provide a reference for the further research and disease resistance breeding in this field.
