Advances in the Structural Characteristics,Transcriptional Regulation Mechanisms and Applications of Interferon Tau in Ruminant Embryo Production
干扰素tau(IFNT)是由反刍动物胚胎滋养层细胞特异性分泌的一种I型干扰素,在妊娠早期发挥关键生理作用.IFNT的主要功能包括抑制子宫内膜前列腺F2α(PGF2α)的合成与分泌、阻断黄体溶解、维持孕酮持续分泌,同时具有抗炎、抗病毒、调节母体免疫耐受等作用,可促进胚胎着床与发育.IFNT的表达受特定转录因子及表观遗传修饰的动态调控.近年来,随着对IFNT作用机制的深入研究,其在提高反刍动物繁殖效率和加速遗传改良中的应用潜力日益凸显.本文综述了IFNT的结构特征、转录调控机制及其在反刍动物胚胎生产中的应用,以期为相关领域的研究提供理论依据.
Interferon tau(IFNT)is a type I interferon specifically secreted by the trophectoderm of ruminant embryos and plays a pivotal role during early pregnancy.Its primary functions include suppressing the synthesis and secretion of uterine prostaglandin F2α(PGF2α),thereby blocking luteolysis and ensuring sustained progesterone production.Additionally,IFNT exhibits anti-inflammatory,antiviral,and immunomodulatory properties that promote maternal immune tolerance,facilitating embryo implantation and development.The expression of IFNT is dynamically regulated by specific transcription factors and epigenetic modifications.In recent years,as the research on the molecular mechanisms of IFNT has advanced,its potential applications in enhancing reproductive efficiency and accelerating genetic improvement in ruminants have become increasingly evident.This review summarizes the structural characteristics,transcriptional regulatory mechanisms,and applications of IFNT in ruminant embryo production,aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for its practical utilization in ruminant reproductive biotechnology.
