畜禽血常规分析及其在遗传育种中的应用研究进展OA
Research Progress on Hematological Analysis of Livestock and Poultry and Its Application in Genetic Breeding
血常规作为临床医学中最常用的血液学指标,可以有效评估动物的健康状况、免疫功能及生理反应.不同畜禽物种的血常规指标存在差异,与物种特性、环境适应性、饲养管理水平以及遗传背景密切相关,其在畜牧业中的应用已从传统的健康监测逐步扩展到遗传育种领域.本文综述了主要畜禽的血常规指标及其在遗传育种中的应用进展.随着多组学技术的发展,基因组、转录组和蛋白质组等方法为解析畜禽血常规性状的遗传机制提供了新策略,也为其作为遗传标记助力畜禽健康与抗病育种开辟了新途径.
As the most commonly used indices in clinical medicine,hematological parameters can effectively evaluate animal health status,immune function,and physiological responses.These parameters vary among different livestock and poultry species and are closely correlated with species characteristics,environmental adaptability,management practices,and genetic background.As a result,their applications in animal husbandry has gradually expanded from traditional health monitoring to genetic breeding.This paper reviews the hematological parameters of major livestock and poultry species and the research progress of their application in genetic breeding.With the development of multi-omics technologies,utilization of genomics,transcriptomics,and proteomics methods provides novel research strategies for elucidating the genetic mechanisms underlying hematological traits and identifying genetic markers for the genetic improvement of health and disease-resistance traits in farm animals.
