陕西省宝鸡市某县奶山羊流产风险因素分析OA
Risk Factors Analysis for Dairy Goat Abortion in a County of Baoji City,Shaanxi Province
为探究宝鸡市某县影响奶山羊流产的风险因素,依据2023-2024年该县上报的监测数据,运用病例对照研究方法,按照1∶1匹配比例筛选病例组和对照组;对该县10个镇142个场点进行问卷调查,对引种、饲养管理及诊疗等13个风险因素进行单因素分析,并将与奶山羊流产有关联的因素进行多因素二元Logistic回归分析;构建Logistic回归方程,计算模型的预测概率并建立ROC曲线.将风险因素与结局变量"是否发生流产"进行数据分析后,发现"是否有气温刺激"(OR=5.915,95%CI:3.118~10.236)和"是否有打斗挤压"(OR=3.326,95%CI:1.254~12.393)与奶山羊流产存在统计学意义;回归模型的拟合度较好,ROC曲线下面积为0.894(95%CI:0.781~0.925),模型预测符合预期.结果表明,气温刺激和羊群打斗挤压是导致当地奶山羊流产的主要风险因素.建议养殖场户控制养殖密度,对圈舍做好防寒保暖措施,减少奶山羊流产的发生.
In order to identify risk factors for dairy goat abortion in a county of Baoji City,a case group and a control group were selected at a 1∶1 ratio using a case-control study method based on surveillance data reported by the county from 2023 to 2024.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 143 species in 10 towns of the country,followed by univariate analysis on 13 risk factors related to introduction,feeding management,diagnosis and treatment,etc,and multivariate binary Logistic regression analysis on the factors associated with abortion.A Logistic regression equation was constructed to calculate the predictive probability of the model and to establish a ROC curve.After analyzing the risk factors against the outcome variable"whether there was any occurrence of abortion",it was found that"whether there was temperature stress"(OR=5.915,95%CI:3.118-10.236)and"whether there was fighting or crowding"(OR=3.326,95%CI:1.254-12.393)were statistically significant with dairy goat abortion.The regression model presented goodness of fit,with an area under the ROC curve of 0.894(95%CI:0.781-0.925),indicating that the prediction performance of the model was consistent with what it was expected.In conclusion,temperature stress and fighting/crowding within a herd were considered as major risk factors leading to dairy goat abortion in the region.Farms/households were recommended to control density of farming,to prepare thermal insulation for housings,and thereby to reduce any occurrence of dairy goat abortion.
