为了解豫东地区鸡群中主要病毒性疫病流行情况,2022-2023年收集61个养鸡场户共225份样品进行鸡传染性贫血病毒(CIAV)、鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)、H9N2亚型禽流感病毒(H9N2 AIV)、禽腺病毒(FAdV)、传染性法氏囊病毒(IBDV)、新城疫病毒(NDV)和鸡传染性喉气管炎病毒(ILTV)7种病原的核酸检测,并对检测结果进行统计分析.结果显示:CIAV、IBV、H9N2 AIV、IBDV、FAdV、NDV和ILTV的总检出率分别为48.44%、24.00%、8.00%、7.11%、7.11%、0.89%和0.89%;CIAV呈现增高趋势,2023年检出率达到53.10%,显著高于2022年(P<0.05);FAdV呈现降低趋势,2023年检出率显著低于2022年(P<0.05).存在病毒的双重感染,H9 AIV和IBV双重感染检出率达4.44%,CIAV与FAdV双重感染率达6.22%.所有检出的H9N2 AIV均属于h9.4.2.5进化分支,其中88.89%(16/18)归属于h9.4.2.5c亚分支.在FAdV中,检测到4种基因型中的5种血清型,其中FAdV-4占比最高,为37.50%(6/16).在IBV中,QX-like毒株(GI-19谱系)为优势流行株,占比达64.81%(35/54).结果表明:豫东地区鸡群中存在多种病毒流行,且存在较高的双重感染风险,其中CIAV、IBV流行形势更为严峻;H9N2 AIV和IBV优势流行毒株明确,需针对性加强监测与防控.建议养鸡场户做好引种和生物安全管控,定期开展疫病检测和免疫效果评估,有效控制病原传播和流行.

In order to investigate the prevalence of major viral diseases in chickens in Eastern Henan,a total of 225 samples were collected from 61 farms/households from 2022 to 2023,and tested for nucleic acids of avian infectious anemia virus(CIAV),infectious bronchitis virus(IBV),H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus(H9N2AIV),fowl adenovirus(FAdV),infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV),Newcastle disease virus(NDV),and infectious laryngotracheitis virus(ILTV),based on which,statistical analysis was conducted.The results showed that the overall detection rates for CIAV,IBV,H9N2 AIV,IBDV,FAdV,NDV and ILTV were 48.44%,24.00%,8.00%,7.11%,7.11%,0.89%,and 0.89%,respectively,that for CIAV was increasing and reached 53.10%in 2023,obviously higher than that in 2022(P<0.05),that for FAdV was decreasing and greatly lower in 2023 compared to that in 2022(P<0.05).Co-infections were observed,with a co-detection rate of 4.44%for H9N2 AIV and IBV,and 6.22%for CIAV and FAdV.All detected H9N2 AIV strains belonged to h9.4.2.5 clade,with 88.89%(16/18)classified into h9.4.2.5c subclade.5 serotypes within four genogroups of FAdV were detected,in particular,FAdV-4 being the most prevalent at 37.50%(6/16).For IBV,QX-like strain(GI-19 lineage)was dominant,accounting for 64.81%(35/54).In conclusion,multiple viral strains were widely prevalent in chickens in the region,posing high risk of co-infection,in particular,CIAV and IBV with severe epidemiological status,and H9N2 AIV and IBV with clear dominant strains,which should be specifically monitored,prevented and controlled.Farms/households were recommended to control any introduction of chickens and to implement biosecurity measures,to conduct regular disease testing and to evaluate the efficacy of vaccination,and thereby to effectively control any spread or prevalence of the above pathogens.
