基于同期发情处理岷县黑裘皮羊血液生殖激素的变化分析OA

为研究非繁殖季节岷县黑裘皮羊同期发情处理前后初产和经产母羊外周血液生殖激素浓度的变化规律,采用孕酮阴道栓(CIDR)+孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)对30只初产(A组)和30只经产(B组)岷县黑裘皮羊进行同期发情处理,在试验期间每组随机挑选10只试验母羊采集外周血液,用ELISA方法检测外周血液中促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)、促卵泡素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P4)的浓度.结果表明:①A组和B组母羊的发情率分别为60.00%、83.33%,B组显著高于A组(P<0.05).A组和B组母羊外周血液中E2、P4浓度的变化规律一致,GnRH、LH、FSH浓度的变化差异较大.B组母羊外周血液中GnRH、E2、P4浓度高于A组,FSH浓度低于A组,但均差异不显著(P>0.05),两组母羊的LH浓度差异不明显(P>0.05).②两组母羊血液中的LH浓度在撤栓48 h达到最大值,且显著高于埋栓和撤栓时的浓度(P<0.05);E2浓度在撤栓42 h达到最大值,且显著高于埋栓时的浓度(P<0.05);P4浓度在撤栓42 h显著下降(P<0.05);FSH浓度在撤栓48 h虽然有所升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05).综上所述,在相同试验条件下,经产母羊的发情成功率显著高于初产母羊,初产和经产母羊在同期发情期间生殖激素分泌存在较大差异,撤栓后24~48 h为岷县黑裘皮羊集中发情和排卵时间.

This study aimed to investigate the changes in peripheral blood reproductive hormone concentrations before and after synchronized estrus treatment in primiparous and multiparous Minxian Black fur sheep during the non-breeding season.In this study,progesterone vaginal suppositories(CIDR)+pregnant mare serum gonadotropin(PMSG)were used to treat 30 primiparous(group A)and 30 multiparous(group B)Minxian Black fur sheep with estrus at the same time,and 10 experimental ewes were randomly selected in each group to collect peripheral blood during the trial,and the concentrations of gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P4)in peripheral blood were measured by ELISA.The results showed as follows:①The estrus rates of ewes in groups A and B were 60.00%and 83.33%respectively,group B significantly higher than group A(P<0.05).The concentration patterns of E2 and P4 in the peripheral blood of groups A and B were consistent,while the changes in GnRH,LH,and FSH showed significant differences.Group B had higher concentra-tions of GnRH,E2,and P4 than group A,and lower FSH concentration than group A,but all differences were not signifi-cant(P>0.05).And LH concentrations no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).②The LH concentra-tion in the blood of both groups of experimental sheep reached its maximum value at 48 h after CIDR removal,signifi-cantly higher than the concentrations at the time of CIDR insertion and removal(P<0.05).The E2 concentration reached its maximum value at 42 h after CIDR removal,significantly higher than the concentration at the time of CIDR inser-tion(P<0.05).The P4 concentration significantly decreased at 42 h after CIDR removal(P<0.05).Although FSH con-centration increased at 48 h after CIDR removal,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).In conclusion,this study found that the success rate of estrus in multiparous sheep was significantly higher than that of primiparous sheep under the same conditions,and there was a significant difference in reproductive hormone secretion between primiparous sheep and multiparous sheep during estrus during the same period,and according to hormonal changes,it was found that 24-48 h after sponge removal was the concentrated estrus and ovulation time of Minxian Black fur sheep.
