Research on the Current Situation,Problems,and Improvement Paths of International Standards Development in China's Engineering Construction Field
国际标准作为我国深度参与全球经贸与技术治理的重要抓手,已逐渐变成了国际竞争的战略制高点.本文以工程建设领域为切口,采用"现状—问题—路径"的系统分析框架,对我国参与国际标准编制的整体情况、阻滞因素与突破逻辑进行全面分析,为提升中国标准化工作能力提供路径方法.
International standards,as an important means for China to deeply participate in global economic and trade as well as technological governance,have gradually become a strategic high ground in international competition.This paper takes the field of engineering construction as the entry point and adopts a systematic analysis framework of"current situation-problem-path"to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the overall situation,obstructive factors and breakthrough logic of China's participation in the development of international standards.
