低温甲醇洗技术研究进展OA
Research Progress of Rectisol Technology
介绍了低温甲醇洗技术的吸收原理,对比了林德、鲁奇和大连理工三种工艺流程,分析它们优势与不足,并结合实际生产提出改进措施与发展建议,同时列举该技术在煤化工行业的应用实例.未来我国需在借鉴国外先进经验的同时加强自主研发,开发高水平技术与设备,以降低成本、提升竞争力.
This article introduces the absorption principle of this technology,compares three process flows of Linde,Lurgi,and Dalian Universi-ty of Technology,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,and proposes improvement measures and development suggestions based on actu-al production.At the same time,examples of its application in the coal chemical industry are listed.In the future,China needs to strengthen independent research and development,develop high-level technology and equipment while drawing on advanced foreign experience,in order to reduce costs and enhance competitiveness.
