Research Progress on the Preparation Technology and Quality Control of Traditional Chinese Medicine Ultrafine Powder
近年来,中药超微粉技术因其显著提升生物利用度、增强药效及改善制剂均匀性的优势,成为中药现代化研究热点之一.系统综述该领域进展,在制备技术方面,机械粉碎与低温超微粉碎技术趋于成熟,有效解决热敏成分降解与纤维物料团聚难题;新型辅助手段进一步优化粒径分布,促进活性成分保留率.制剂应用领域,超微粉技术驱动传统剂型升级,并拓展至纳米混悬液、巴布剂等新型给药系统.质量控制研究聚焦多维度评价体系,通过激光粒度分析、结合显微成像技术如扫描电镜(SEM)、色谱技术(HPLC、TLC)与指纹图谱精准分析粒径、破壁率、成分溶出及质量一致性;此外,基于质量源于设计(QbD)理念的质量评价体系逐步建立,将工艺参数与药效关联,为工业化生产提供依据.未来,需加强工艺-质量-药效关联研究,并解决长期稳定性与标准化难题.为中药超微粉的研发与应用提供理论参考.
In recent years,ultrafine powder technology of traditional Chinese medicine has become one of the research hot spots in the moderni-zation of traditional Chinese medicine because of its advantages of significantly improving bioavailability,enhancing efficacy and improving the uniformity of preparations.This paper systematically reviews the progress in this field.In terms of preparation technology,mechanical crushing and low-temperature ultrafine grinding technology tend to be mature,which can effectively solve the problems of thermosensitive component deg-radation and fiber material agglomeration.The new auxiliary means further optimize the particle size distribution and promote the retention rate of active ingredients.In the field of preparation application,ultrafine powder technology drives the upgrading of traditional dosage forms and ex-pands to new drug delivery systems such as nanosuspensions and cataplasms.The quality control research focused on the multi-dimensional eval-uation system.The particle size,wall breaking rate,component dissolution and quality consistency were accurately analyzed by laser particle size analysis,combined with microscopic imaging techniques such as scanning electron microscopy(SEM),chromatography(HPLC,TLC)and fingerprint.In addition,the quality evaluation system based on the QbD concept was gradually established,and the process parameters were correlated with the efficacy to provide a basis for industrial production.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the process-quality-efficacy correlation research and solve the long-term stability and standardization problems.This paper provides a theoretical reference for the develop-ment and application of ultrafine powder of traditional Chinese medicine.
