Research Progress on Separation and Purification of Plant Polysaccharides by Macroporous Resin

大孔树脂作为一种多孔高分子聚合物,在中药分离方面有着广泛的应用,并日益显示出其独特的作用.近年来,逐渐在植物多糖纯化领域得到应用,与传统的纯化方法醇沉法、离子交换色谱法等相比,大孔树脂具有较大的比表面积和丰富的孔径分布,能够通过物理吸附、化学吸附等多种机制对多糖进行选择性吸附和分离.此外,大孔树脂还具有吸附容量大、操作简便、能耗低等优点.深入了解大孔树脂纯化多糖的技术原理、工艺优化及应用情况,系统总结了大孔树脂在纯化植物多糖方面的研究进展,期望能为植物多糖纯化的后续研究提供理论参考.

Macroporous resin,as a type of porous polymer,has a wide range of applications in the separation of traditional Chinese medicine and increasingly demonstrates its unique efficacy.In recent years,it has gradually found applications in the purification of plant polysaccharides.Compared to traditional purification methods such as alcohol precipitation and ion exchange chromatography,macro-porous resin features a larger specific surface area and a rich pore size distribution,enabling selective adsorption and separation of polysaccharides through various mecha-nisms such as physical and chemical adsorption.Moreover,macro-porous resin has advantages such as high adsorption capacity,ease of opera-tion,and low energy consumption.This paper builds on previous research to provide an in-depth understanding of the technical principles,process optimization,and application status of macro-porous resin in polysaccharide purification,systematically summarizing the research pro-gress of macroporous resin in the purification of plant polysaccharides and hoping to provide theoretical references for subsequent studies on poly-saccharide purification.
