基于扩散模型的低空信道知识地图智能构建OA
Intelligent Construction of Low-Altitude Channel Knowledge Map Based on Diffusion Models
低空经济的发展催生了多种低空应用,对复杂低空环境下的感知通信能力提出了更高要求.为应对这一挑战,通过构建低空信道知识地图来提供无线环境先验,成为实现复杂低空环境感知通信的关键基础.为此,提出了一种基于扩散模型的低空信道知识地图智能构建方法,通过学习不同高度信道知识的联合分布以获取三维信道知识先验,并利用条件采样从稀疏观测数据重建出完整的信道知识.仿真结果表明,与基准方法相比,所提出的方法在三维信道知识地图构建精度方面取得了显著提升.
The development of the low-altitude economy has spurred a variety of low-altitude applications,which results in increasing demands on sensing and communication capabilities in complex low-altitude environments.To address the above challenge,constructing low-altitude channel knowledge map(CKM)to provide wireless environment priors has become the key foundation for achieving sensing and communication in complex low-altitude environment.To this end,this paper proposes an intelligent construction method for low-altitude CKM based on diffusion models.The proposed method acquires three-dimensional(3D)channel knowledge priors by learning the joint distribution of channel knowledge at different altitudes and reconstructs the complete CKM from sparsely observed data through conditional sampling.Simulation results show that,compared with benchmark methods,the proposed approach achieves significant improvements in the accuracy of 3D CKM construction.
