利用Micaps常规探空和地面观测、逐小时降水、FY-4A卫星云图、ERA5再分析等资料,诊断分析2022年8月13日河西走廊东部的一次暴雨事件的极端性和天气成因.结果表明:(1)此次暴雨具有过程雨量大、局地性强、对流性明显等特点,暴雨带呈西北—东南向,主要集中在天祝县和古浪县.(2)6站次的日降水量突破了日降水量历史极值,3站次最大小时降水量突破历史极值,天祝藏族自治县朵什镇日降水量和短时强降水持续时间均突破了河西走廊东部历史记录.(3)此次暴雨是在中高层短波槽、低层切变线和地面冷锋等不同尺度天气系统相互耦合作用下发生的;较历史其他过程,更强的水汽、垂直运动和极不稳定能量条件综合造成此次极端暴雨;(4)多个对流单体的发展和加强,在地形作用下汇集是暴雨强度强、持续时间长的直接原因;(5)特殊地形的抬升增强了上升运动,加强了局地强对流.

Using conventional upper-air and surface observations,hourly precipitation,FY-4A satellite imagery,and ERA5 reanalysis data,we diagnostically analyzed the extremity and meteorological causes of a rainstorm event that occurred on 13 August 2022 in the eastern Hexi Corridor.The results indicate that:(1)The rainstorm was characterized by large accumulated rainfall,strong locality,and pronounced convective activity.The rainband extended from northwest to southeast and was mainly concentrated in Tianzhu County and Gulang County.(2)The daily precipitation at six stations exceeded historical maxima,and three stations recorded record-breaking hourly rainfall.Both the daily precipitation and the duration of short-duration heavy rainfall at Duoshi Town in Tianzhu County exceeded historical records in the eastern Hexi Corridor.(3)The rainstorm occurred under the synergistic influence of multi-scale weather systems,including a mid-to upper-level shortwave trough,a low-level shear line,and a surface cold front.Compared with other historical events,stronger moisture supply,vertical motion,and extremely unstable energy conditions jointly contributed to the extremity of this rainstorm.(4)The development and intensification of multiple convective cells,along with their convergence under topographic influence,directly caused the high rainstorm intensity and prolonged duration.(5)Orographic lifting enhanced upward motion and intensified local convection.
