基于空调智慧集控的绿色低碳医院建设研究与应用OA

华南地区夏季漫长、湿度高,医院空调系统能耗约占总能耗的50%,采取智慧空调集控措施是降低医院能耗的关键环节.结合医院功能区的特点,分别介绍了多联机智慧集控、中央空调末端窗磁技术在不同场景下的应用,并对其经济性进行分析.结果表明:多联机智慧集控基于环境温度、时间进行分时控制、温度调节等提升医院能源精细化管理水平,动态投资回报期约4.33年;中央空调末端窗磁技术可实现对住院区开窗状态下的空调末端实现自动化管理,动态投资回报期为4.37年.研究结果为赋能绿色低碳医院建设提供可参考技术路径.

The summer in Southern China is long with high humidity,where the energy consumption of hospital air con-ditioning systems accounts for approximately 50%of total energy usage.Implementing smart centralized control for air condition-ing systems is a crucial step in reducing hospital energy consumption.Considering the characteristics of hospital functional zones,this paper introduces the application of smart centralized control for multi-split air conditioning systems and central air condition-ing terminal window magnetic technology in different scenarios,and analyzes their economic viability.The results show that smart centralized control for multi-split systems,based on environmental temperature and time for time-sharing control and temperature regulation,enhances the hospital's energy management precision,with a dynamic investment payback period of approximately 4.33 years.Central air conditioning terminal window magnetic technology enables automated management of air conditioning ter-minals in inpatient areas when windows are open,with a dynamic investment payback period of 4.37 years.The study provides a technical reference for advancing the construction of green and low-carbon hospitals.
