基于陡帮开采的露天煤矿减损开采技术OA

露天煤矿开采扰动造成土地压占和破坏,原本脆弱的矿区生态系统面临更大挑战,开展干旱区露天煤矿减损开采研究是煤炭绿色发展的必然要求.基于陡帮开采的内涵与节地减损的目标,阐述露天矿开采扰动影响特征,探究采场帮坡角度对土地破坏面积的影响,构建基于陡帮开采的减损开采技术理论模型,并以红沙泉露天煤矿为背景,基于减损开采技术优化端帮边坡参数,提出具体的工作帮组合台阶方案及角度优化措施,分析减损开采技术与土地节省的关系.结果表明:工作帮坡角与端帮边坡角对土地破坏面积的影响呈负相关关系,土地破坏面积随着帮坡角的增大而减少,随工作线长度的增大而增加;在西端帮减损开采方案下,边坡角度由23°提升至36°,年均增加内排空间4.5 ×105 m3,年均减少排土场压占面积1 182.7 m2;优化后的工作帮最佳帮坡角应为13°,可减少的地表土地破坏面积为6.8 ×105 m2.端帮减损开采技术与工作帮减损开采技术组合可实现从开采源头降低土地破坏和生态损伤的目标.

Land occupation and destruction caused by mining disturance in open-pit coal mines have imposed mounting chanllenges on the already-vulnerable mining area ecosystem,the research on re-duced-loss mining in arid open-pit coal mines is an inevitable requirement for the green development of China's coal industry.Based on the connotation of steep-side mining and the goal of land-saving and loss reduction,the characteristics of the disturbance influence caused by open-pit mining were elabora-ted,and the relationship between the slope angle of the mining area and the land destruction area was explored.For steep-side mining,a theoretical model of reduced-loss mining technology was established.Taking the Hongshaquan Open-Pit Coal Mine as the background,specific working slope combination steps and angle optimization measures were proposed,through optimizing the parameters of the end slope using reduced-loss mining technology,with the relationship between reduced-loss mining technol-ogy and land saving analyzed.The results show that the slope angle of the working slope and the end slope angle have a negative correlation with the land destruction area.The land destruction area decrea-ses as the slope angle increases and increases as the working line length increases.Under the reduced-loss mining scheme of the west end slope,the slope angle is increased from 23° to 36°,resulting in an annual increase of 4.5 × 105 m3 of internal discharge space and a reduction of 1 182.7 m2 of the occu-pied area of the dumping site per year.The optimal slope angle of the working slope after optimization should be 13°,and the reduced land destruction area can be 6.8 × 105 m2.The combination of end slope reduced-loss mining technology and working slope reduced-loss mining technology could achieve the goal of reducing land destruction and ecological damage at the mining source.
