综掘支护工疲劳影响因素识别与分析OA

Identification and analysis of fatigue influencing factors of support workers in fully mechanized excavation face

疲劳是诱发综掘支护工发生不安全行为的重要因素.为预防煤矿安全事故,必须首先对疲劳进行预控,并深入研究综掘支护工疲劳影响因素.从人-机-环-管4个维度进行分析,得到14个疲劳影响因素,建立疲劳影响因素的指标体系;运用决策实验与评价实验室方法(DE-MATEL),结合解释结构模型方法(ISM),分析各影响因素之间的因果关系,对综掘支护工疲劳致因进行多层次结构划分,揭示各层级疲劳影响因素之间的内在联系,进而提出相应对策措施.结果表明:在综掘支护工疲劳影响因素中,工作满意度位于第1层级,休息时间、作业姿势、工作能力、个人身体素质位于第2层级,1、2层级为直接影响因素;噪声、温湿度、有限封闭空间、光照、粉尘、排班制度、安全培训位于第3层级,设备易操作性位于第4层级,3、4层级为间接影响因素;安全文化位于第5层级,是根本影响因素.通过分析明确综掘支护工疲劳影响因素间的因果关系和层级关系,有利于预控综掘支护工疲劳状态,减少或预防煤矿事故的发生.

Fatigue operation is an important cause of safety accidents in comprehensive excavation sup-port workers,and fatigue must be pre-controlled in order to prevent coal mine accidents.In order to an-alyze and explore the influencing factors of fatigue for fully integrated excavation support workers,the four dimensions of human factors,mechanical equipment factors,environmental factors,and manage-ment factors were analyzed,with 14 factors recognized,thus achieving an index system.The causal rela-tionship between the influencing factors was analyzed by using the Decision Experiment and Evaluation Laboratory Method(DEMATEL)as well as the Explained Structural Model Method(ISM),and the multi-level structure division of the causes of fatigue of fully integrated excavation support workers was carried out.Then the internal relationship between the influencing factors of fatigue at each level was revealed,and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed.The results show Job satisfaction is lo-cated in the first level,rest time,work posture,work ability,and personal physical fitness are located in the second level,and the first and second levels are the direct influencing factors.Noise,temperature and humidity,limited pen sealing space,light,dust,shift system,and safety training are located at level 3,ease of equipment operation is at level 4,and levels 3 and 4 are indirect influencing factors.Safety culture is at level 5 a root factor.It is concluded that analyzing and clarifying the causal relationship and hierarchical relationship between the influencing factors of fully integrated excavation support worker fatigue is conducive to effectively pre-controlling the fatigue and reducing or preventing coal mine accidents.
