新型电力架空线路杆塔倾斜在线监测装置OA
A New On-line Monitoring Device for Power Overhead Line Tower Tilt
针对现有的电力架空线路杆塔倾斜监测手段存在的监测盲区大、物联网化程度低、监测精度差、易受干扰等缺点,设计一种新型的架空线路杆塔倾斜在线监测装置.所提出的装置以STM32L422KBT6低功耗处理器为控制核心,利用16位六轴加速度传感器计算杆塔的倾斜角度,采用卡尔曼滤波算法对采样值进行数字处理以获得更佳的精度,并通过4G无线通信的方式与云服务器连接,实现采集数据、告警信息的实时上传、显示以及对监测装置的远程控制.实验测试结果表明,所提出的装置倾角测量误差小于0.15°,通信稳定、功耗低,为电力物联网提供了一种低成本、高稳定性的杆塔倾斜在线监测手段.
To overcome the shortcomings of the existing means of monitoring the tilt of power overhead line towers,such as large monitoring blind area,low degree of Internet of Things,poor monitoring accuracy and susceptibility to interference,a new on-line monitoring device for the tilt of overhead line towers is designed.The proposed device takes STM32L422KBT6 low-power processor as the control core,uses 16-bit six-axis acceleration sensor to calculate the tilt angle of the tower,adopts Kalman filtering algorithm to digitally process the sampled values to obtain better accuracy,and connects with the cloud server by means of 4G wireless communication to realize the real-time uploading and displaying of the collected data and alarm informa-tion,as well as the remote control of the monitoring device.The experimental test results show that the proposed device's tilt measurement error is less than 0.15°,and has stable communication,low power consumption,and provides a low-cost,high-stability means of tower tilt online monitoring for the Internet of Things.
