基于STM32的锂离子电池主—被动均衡电路研究OA

Research on Active-passive Equalization Circuit for Lithium-ion Battery Based on STM32

由于电池性能服从正态分布,只使用主动均衡电路或被动均衡电路的方案,需要均衡的电池数目较多.基于以上问题,提出较为实用的主—被动均衡方案,其中被动均衡电路与通用电路一致,主动均衡电路使用1个DC-DC电路实现对任意单体电池均衡充电的功能.详细分析了所提出均衡电路的工作原理,并且基于STM32F107VGT6以及AS6803搭建主—被动均衡电路,试验结果证实了所提出电路的可行性.

Because the battery performance obeys the normal distribution,the scheme using only active equalization circuit or passive equalization circuit requires a large number of batteries to be equalized.Based on the above problem,this paper propo-ses a more practical active-passive equalization scheme,in which the passive equalization circuit is the same as the general-pur-pose circuit,and the active equalization circuit uses a DC-DC circuit to realize the function of equalizing the charging of any sin-gle battery.In this paper,the working principle of the proposed equalization circuit is analyzed in detail,and the active-passive equalization circuit is constructed based on STM32F107VGT6 and AS6803,and the test results confirm the feasibility of the proposed circuit.
