劳动与休闲具有内在一致性,马克思的劳动伦理思想与现代性观点,为劳动教育与休闲教育融合发展提供了新的视角.休闲教育视角下的劳动教育在多重因素交织影响中呈现三重困境:目标设定偏重工具理性弱化人文价值,内容设计聚焦技能训练剥离休闲维度,实践过程存在体验断裂抑制主体认同.要破除这些困境,必须坚持劳动教育与休闲教育融合发展,即通过聚焦休闲教育导向校准劳动教育目标设定,依托工作与休闲的互动关系推动劳动教育课程内容改革,同时借助过程性评价内容创新增强劳动中的意义感知与幸福感生成.

Labor and leisure are intrinsically consistent.Marx's thoughts on labor ethics and modernity provide a new perspective for the integrated development of labor education and leisure education.Currently,under the perspective of leisure education,labor education faces a triple dilemma influenced by multiple factors:goal setting emphasizes instrumental rationality while weakening humanistic values;content design focuses on skill training while neglecting the leisure dimension;and the practical process exhibits experiential ruptures that inhibit self-identity.The integration of labor education and leisure education addresses these issues by leveraging leisure education to re-calibrate the goals of labor education,promoting curriculum reform through the interaction between work and leisure,and enhancing the sense of meaning and happiness in labor through innovative process-based evaluation.
