基于CTC系统的列车区间交会风险防控方法研究OA
Research on Risk Prevention and Control Method for Train Section Meeting Based on CTC System
列车区间交会风险防控一直以来都是铁路运输安全重点关注的问题和亟待提升的专项工作内容之一.通过分析实际可能会发生的列车区间交会场景,如相邻线同向交会、相邻线相向交会、多相邻线列车交会等,找出交会风险的特征点,并结合站场表示数据、阶段计划数据、车次追踪数据等,探索风险判断的关键因素;优化CTC系统逻辑结构,开创相邻线端口计划数据站间传输及缓存机制,打通风险判据的数据链路;最终结合CTC系统站内排路安全防控策略,研究列车区间交会风险防控方法.经过实验,该方法的有效性、稳定性及与CTC系统的兼容性均得到了验证,结果良好.该防控方法在铁路信号控制系统层面阻断了列车区间交会风险,提升了铁路运输行车安全,在安全技防保障和精益高效指挥能力提升等方面发挥了积极有效的作用,也为铁路运输安全智能化发展提供了新思路.
The prevention and control of train section meeting risks has always been one of the key issues in railway transportation safety and a special task that urgently needs to be improved.This paper analyzed actual possible train section meeting scenarios,such as same-direction meeting on adjacent lines,opposite-direction meeting on adjacent lines,and train meetings on multiple adjacent lines.It identified the characteristic points of meeting risks and explored key factors for risk judgment by integrating station yard representation data,stage plan data,train tracking data,etc.The paper optimized the logical structure of the CTC system,created an inter-station transmission and caching mechanism for plan data at adjacent line ports,and opened up the data link for risk criteria.Finally,combined with the in-station route arrangement safety prevention and control strategy of the CTC system,it studied the risk prevention and control methods for train section meetings.Through experiments,the effectiveness,stability,and compatibility with the CTC system of this method were verified,and the results were good.This prevention and control method eliminated train section meeting risks at the railway signal control system level,enhanced railway transportation safety,played a positive and effective role in aspects such as safe technical prevention and control and the improvement of lean and efficient command capabilities,and provided new ideas for the intelligent development of railway transportation safety.
