基于铁路车票三元表征分离的多交通方式票制协同方案研究OA
Collaborative Scheme for Multi-Modal Ticketing System Based on Ternary Representation Separation of Railway Tickets
铁路车票经历了从实体车票到电子客票,从不记名制到实名制的转变,随之带来了其车票表征的变化,本研究首次从运输经营活动表征、乘车权利表征、有价票据表征3个方面剖析不同种类铁路车票的本质,得出铁路电子票基本实现了运输企业承运义务权利、旅客乘车权利义务、报销凭证表征分离的结论;基于此提出依托铁路旅客联程联运一体化服务平台,构建联程联运产品设计与实现方法,并给出实际应用案例论证基于三元表征分离多交通方式间票制协同设计的合理性和可实施性;最后,基于现阶段不同轨道交通制式车票不能协同的现状,通过进一步分析城市轨道交通车票的三元表征特性,提出可采用联运产品方案以消除不同轨道交通制式的票制之间的属性差异,并根据不同情况进行方案设计,实现乘客使用一个APP/一次支付畅行不同制式轨道交通,提高了乘客便携程度,为多交通方式一体化和旅客联程运输一票制研究提供参考.
Railway tickets have undergone a transformation from physical tickets to electronic tickets and from anonymous to real-name systems,which has led to changes in their representation.This study was the first to analyze the essence of different types of railway tickets from three aspects:transportation operation representation,passenger travel rights representation,and valuable voucher representation.The conclusion is that the railway electronic ticket essentially achieves the separation of the carrier's transportation obligations and rights,passenger travel rights and obligations,and reimbursement voucher representation.Based on this,a scheme was proposed that relies on an integrated service platform for railway passenger intermodal transportation to construct a method for designing and implementing intermodal products.An actual application case was presented to demonstrate the rationality and feasibility of the ticketing system coordination design based on the ternary representation separation for multi-modal transportation.Finally,based on the current situation where tickets for different rail transit systems could not be coordinated,this study further analyzed the ternary representation characteristics of urban rail transit tickets.It proposed a multi-modal product solution to eliminate the attribute differences between ticketing systems of different rail transit formats.The scheme design is tailored to various situations,enabling passengers to use a single app and make a single payment to travel across different rail transit systems seamlessly.This approach improves passenger convenience and provides a reference for the integration of multi-modal transportation and the research on a unified ticketing system for intermodal passenger transport.
