铁路超限货物运输难度大,对铁路工作人员的专业素质以及相关的基础设备都提出了较高的要求.基于铁路超限货物等级划分标准,梳理铁路超限货物尺寸测量方法、超限等级判定方式,重点分析计算机双目立体视觉、红外-高速摄像、Faster R-CNN深度学习等自动检测技术应用现状及成效.然而,当前铁路超限检测领域仍存在自动化普及率偏低、现有辅助检测技术在定位稳定性、复杂环境适应性等方面不足的挑战,相关技术亟待进一步深化研究.为此,提出基于AI的铁路超限货物自动检测技术路径,以实现超限货物的实时识别,为铁路货运安全稳定运行提供技术保障.

Railway out-of-gauge cargo transportation features great difficulty and imposes strict requirements on the professional competence of railway staff and the relevant infrastructure.Based on railway out-of-gauge cargo classification standards,this paper sorted out dimension measurement methods and out-of-gauge level judgment modes and focused on analyzing the application status and effects of automatic detection technologies,namely binocular stereo vision,infrared and high-speed camera imaging,and Faster R-CNN deep learning.However,the railway out-of-gauge detection field still faces prominent challenges:low automation popularization rate,as well as insufficient positioning stability and complex environment adaptability of existing auxiliary detection technologies.Therefore,relevant technologies require in-depth research.As a result,an AI-based automatic detection technical path was proposed to achieve real-time out-of-gauge cargo identification,providing technical support for the safe and stable operation of railway freight transportation.
