为探讨货运动车组规模化开行下动车所与高铁物流基地的合并建设,研究分析高铁快运作业流程及基地布局,提出动车所平面扩建、既有场库改建2种平面布局方案以及上盖物流功能区、双层车场2种立体化开发方案.经对比分析,平面扩建适用于用地储备宽裕项目;既有场库改建适用于用地严苛且需求规模较小项目,需注重风险隔离与应急响应;上盖物流功能区适用于用地紧张且具有一定需求规模项目,需注重建设运营等环节安全管理;双层车场适用于城市核心区战略规划项目,需重点解决跨领域关键技术及专业配套设施.研究成果为高铁快运的规模化发展以及动车所与高铁物流基地的合并建设提供支撑.

To explore the integrated construction of EMU depot and high speed rail logistics base under large-scale freight EMUs operation,this paper studied the operational process and layout requirements of high speed railway express.Two planar layout schemes were proposed:EMU depot expansion and existing yard renovation.Two three-dimensional development schemes were also presented:upper-cover logistics functional area and double-deck yard.Comparative analysis shows that planar expansion suits projects with ample land reserves.Existing yard renovation applies to land-constrained projects with a small demand scale,requiring emphasis on risk isolation and emergency response.The upper-cover logistics functional area scheme fits land-limited projects with medium-to-large demand,necessitating safety management focus during construction and operation phases.The double-deck yard scheme targets strategic urban core projects,requiring solutions for key cross-disciplinary technologies and specialized supporting facilities.The results support the large-scale development of high speed railway express and provide guidance for the integrated construction of EMU depots and high speed railway logistics bases.
