生物基合成纤维在服装领域的应用现状及展望OA
Current application status and prospects of bio-based synthetic fibers in the field of clothing
绿色低碳是未来服装行业发展的必然趋势,也是推动行业实现可持续发展的关键路径,传统合成纤维的生产高度依赖石油资源,存在能耗高、碳排放量大、环境污染严重等问题.在此情况下,生物基合成纤维凭借其原料资源丰富、可再生、生产过程低碳环保、产品可降解或可循环等优异性能,展现出广阔的发展前景,正逐渐成为服装行业绿色转型的重点领域.对当下热门生物基合成纤维服用性能进行了梳理与分析,综述了服装企业对生物基合成纤维面料及辅料的研发进展,并梳理了其在服装领域的发展及应用现状,结果表明生物基合成纤维在服装行业具有良好的发展潜力,同时在服装领域应用中也具有一定的局限,针对这一问题,综合分析了生物基合成纤维在服装领域的未来发展方向,为推进其在服装行业的可持续发展提供建议和思考.
Green and low-carbon is the inevitable trend of the development of the garment industry in the future.Bio-based synthetic fibers have shown broad application prospects due to their abundant resources,renewability,environmental protection and other excellent properties,and have become the key areas of green transformation in the garment industry.This article reviews the types and wearing properties of current mainstream bio-based synthetic fibers,elaborates on their development and application status in clothing fabrics and accessories,discusses the limitations of bio-based synthetic fibers in apparel products,and provides an in-depth analysis of their future development trends.It offers new insights and suggestions for advancing the sustainable development of bio-based synthetic fibers in the apparel industry. At present,the mainstream bio-based synthetic fibers mainly include bio-based polylactic acid(PLA),polybutylene succinate(PBS),bio-based poly(ethylene 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid)fiber(PEF),polyamide(PA),polytrimethylene terephthalate(PTT),polyhydroxyalkanoate(PHA)blends,etc.,which have good biocompatibility and other excellent wear properties.For example,PLA fibers have both biodegradability and antibacterial skin-friendly properties,and are especially suitable for close-fitting clothing and medical textiles.PEF fibers have significant potential in the field of high-performance clothing due to their high strength and heat resistance.Bio-based synthetic fibers have the characteristics of low energy consumption and low carbon emission during processing,which is in line with the concept of green and low carbon development.They can be applied in the field of textile and garment,and become an important material for the sustainable development of the garment industry. Bio-based synthetic fibers are mainly applied in the field of clothing,mainly including fabrics and accessories.The fabrics include short sleeves,outdoor sports clothing and underwear.For example,PLA fabrics are mostly used to make short sleeves,PA56 fabrics can be used to make outdoor sports clothing,while PLA and PHBV∕PLA blended fabrics can be used for underwear.The accessories include bonding linings,filling materials,etc.For example,PLA can be used as a bonding lining in shirt collars and cuffs to increase the stiffness and beauty of clothing.It can also be used as a down filling material in cotton clothing,and PA56 can be used in zipper belts. However,the application of bio-based synthetic fibers in clothing products still faces certain limitations.For example,the production cost of fibers is high;market competitiveness is slightly lower than traditional fiber;there is a lack of corresponding production technology and product standards.In the follow-up research and development process,bio-based synthetic fiber enterprises should focus on the improvement of production technology,reduce costs,and develop high-performance and functional wear products.For bio-based fabrics,garment enterprises also need to deal with research and development applications in the follow-up production and post-processing processes,and launch high-performance,high-function and sustainable wear products.
