基于KANO-AHP模型的女性白领西服套装设计需求分析OA
Analysis of design requirements for women's business suits based on the KANO-AHP model
As workplace settings become increasingly diverse, the design requirements for women's office attire have evolved from traditional single-function garments to a blend of functionality, aesthetics, cultural relevance, and scenario adaptability. However, the current market for women's office wear faces supply-demand discrepancies, such as limited style variety and insufficient scenario adaptability. This study focuses on women's professional suit sets, introducing the KANO-AHP integrated model to establish a data analysis framework progressing from"qualitative classification to quantitative weighting."This provides designers with a systematic methodology to create fashionable yet functionally responsive professional attire, thereby enhancing user satisfaction. The study first collected survey data from three key groups:target customers of white-collar clothing brands, designers, and retail experts, and combined it with sales data from popular products on e-commerce platforms. This process identified 12 demand categories and 60 demand characteristics for women's white-collar suit sets.Subsequently,a bidirectional questionnaire based on the KANO model was designed and distributed to female users, followed by reliability and validity tests on the collected valid responses.Furthermore,a demand evaluation system was constructed using KANO model classification, with AHP model applied to assign weightings to demand indicators across tiers.Quantitative calculations determined design element weightings, thereby clarifying key design priorities and their hierarchical order for women's office suits. This establishes a foundation for proposing optimization strategies.Using the KANO model to screen and classify design elements addresses the blind spots of traditional methods in capturing implicit clothing design needs.Combined with the AHP hierarchical analysis method,a weighting system was constructed to convert ambiguous user evaluations into calculable priority weight parameters, enabling precise ranking of design elements. Research reveals that color, style, and cut constitute the core dimensions of suit demand categories.Neutral colors, concealed buttons, and straight-leg skirts rank as the top three demand elements;classic business styles dominate suit preferences, leaning toward minimalist elegance;emphasis is placed on soft,comfortable,wrinkle-resistant,and durable blended fabrics to meet commuting needs. In summary, female white-collar workers'design demands for suit sets have shifted from"conforming to workplace norms"to"conveying professional attitude and personal expression." This study focuses solely on the design needs of female white-collar suit sets.Future research may expand to other women's workplace apparel categories to comprehensively reveal design requirements.Additionally,as consumer preferences continuously evolve, ongoing tracking and updating of women's professional suit design needs remain a crucial direction for future research.
