基于国医大师徐经世"杂病论治,重在中州"理论探究绿萼梅对肝"炎-癌转化"的作用机制OA

Liver cancer,as a highly prevalent malignant tumor worldwide,poses a serious threat to human health.Its occurrence and development mostly follow the progressive pathological evolution of"hepatitis-cirrhosis-liver cancer".Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),with its characteristic advantages of holistic concepts and syndrome differentiation for treatment,holds unique advantages in blocking this malignant transformation chain.Master of TCM Xu Jingshi proposes the academic thought that"the treatment of miscellaneous diseases should focus on the middle energizer",viewing the liver,gallbladder,spleen and stomach as an integrated regulatory center and emphasizing the core role of"regulating the liver and harmonizing the spleen"in preventing and treating internal miscellaneous diseases.Lv'emei,as a traditional Chinese herb,has the effects of soothing the liver to relieve depression,regulating Qi and harmonizing the stomach.Its characteristic of"regulating Qi without damaging Yin"is particularly suitable for the long-term management of liver diseases.By systemati-cally reviewing the academic connotation of Xu Jingshi's"middle energizer theory"and analyzing the TCM pathogenesis characteristics of liver"inflamation-cancer transformation",this study explores the mechanism of Lv'emei in regulating the Qi activity of the middle energizer,improving the state of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and blocking the formation of cancer toxins.It is found that Lv'emei,through its multi-target effects of"soothing the liver and harmonizing the spleen,regulating Qi and resolving phlegm",can effectively intervene in the pathological processes of liver-Qi stagnation and phlegm-stasis intermingling,demonstrating potential value in preventing liver"inflamation-cancer transformation".This provides a new theoretical perspective and practical pathway for TCM in the prevention and treatment of precancerous le-sions of liver cancer,which is of great significance for enriching the theoretical system of TCM in cancer prevention and treatment.
