长距离重力流输水管线在复杂地形和水流惯性作用下容易发生水锤现象,严重影响管道的安全性与稳定性,甚至可能导致管道爆裂或设备故障.以西北某地长距离、地形起伏大的重力流输水工程为研究对象,基于特征线法,对该工程建立水力过渡过程计算模型,研究末端关阀历时对管线沿程压力变化的影响,进一步对双向调压塔结构参数进行优化,最后联合水击泄压阀进行防护.结果表明,对于起伏复杂的长距离输水工程延长线性关阀历时对管道沿程压力极值影响不显著;双向调压塔结构参数对正压的影响:连接管直径>塔体直径>塔体高度;提出双向调压塔防护最优参数与水击泄压阀联合可以有效控制管线沿程压力.研究成果可为同类型重力流工程水锤防护提供参考价值.

Long-distance gravity-flow water conveyance pipelines are prone to water hammer under complex terrain conditions and strong flow inertia,which seriously threatens pipeline safety and operational stability and may even cause pipe rupture or equipment failure.Taking a long-distance gravity-flow water conveyance project with large terrain undulations in northwest China as a case study,a hydraulic transient model based on the method of characteristics was established.The influence of downstream valve-closing time on pressure variation along the pipeline was analyzed,followed by structural parameter optimization of a bidirectional surge tank.Finally,a combined protection strategy integrating the optimized surge tank with a pressure relief valve was proposed.Results indicate that for long-distance pipelines with complex topography,extending the linear valve-closing time has no significant effect on extreme pressures along the pipeline.The effects of surge tank parameters on positive pressure follow the descending order:connecting pipe diameter>tank diameter>tank height.The optimized bidirectional surge tank combined with a pressure relief valve effectively controls transient pressures along the pipeline.The findings provide valuable guidance for water hammer protection in similar gravity-flow conveyance projects.
