为探明不同海拔高度对云南保山烟区香料烟生长发育及品质的影响,本试验以沙姆逊品种为试材,在云南保山 700、1 100 m和 1 500m这 3 个海拔高度地块进行试验,研究不同海拔高度对香料烟沙姆逊农艺性状、干物质量、物理特性、化学成分、经济性状等的影响.结果表明,随着海拔高度升高,香料烟沙姆逊的农艺性状、物理特性、化学成分、叶绿素含量、叶面积指数、经济性状均表现为先增加后降低趋势;灰色关联度分析结果表明,海拔高度对干物质量的影响最大,其次是对经济性状,海拔 1 100m相较于 700 m和 1 500m高度处理烟叶总干重分别显著增加 57.16%和 13.46%,产量、产值分别显著增加 28.13%、38.52%和 15.89%、16.79%;主成分分析结果表明,提取出的 2 个主成分的贡献率分别为 86.10%和 6.10%,累计贡献率达92.20%.3 个海拔高度处理的总得分表现为 1 100 m>1 500 m>700 m.综上,1 100 m海拔高度处理下香料烟沙姆逊的生长发育较好,化学成分相对协调,品质和经济性状较好,烟叶可用性高,因此该品种适宜在 1 100m海拔地块上种植.

In order to explore the effects of different altitudes on growth,development and quality of ori-ental tobacco in Baoshan,Yunnan,the differences of agronomic traits,dry matter mass,physical properties,chemical compositions and economic traits of oriental tobacco Samson at different altitudes of 700,1 100 and 1 500 m were studied.The results showed that with the increase of altitude,the agronomic traits,physical characteristics,chemical compositions,chlorophyll content,leaf area index and economic traits showed the trend of increasing first and then decreasing.Grey correlation analysis showed that altitude had the greatest im-pact on dry matter mass,followed by economic traits.Compared with 700 m and 1 500 m,the total dry weight at 1100 m significantly increased by 57.16%and 13.46%respectively,and the yield and output value signifi-canty increased by 28.13%,38.52%and 15.89%,16.79%respectively.The result of principal component a-nalysis showed that the contribution rates of the two principal components were 86.10%and 6.10%,respec-tively,and the cumulative contribution rate was 92.20%.The total score of the three altitudes showed the high-est at 1 100 m,followed by that at 1 500 m,and that at 700 m was the lowest.In conclusion,under the con-ditions of this study,the Samson variety had better growth and development at the altitude of 1100 m with rel-atively coordinated chemical compositions,better quality and economic traits,and high availability of tobacco leaves,so it was suitable for planting at the altitude of 1 100 m.
