Effect of Shading during Flowering and Fruiting Stages on Fruit Quality of Protected Strawberry

为探明遮阴对设施草莓果实品质的影响,并初步探讨其作用机制,本试验以章姬、香野、越心、越后姬 4 个草莓品种为试材,系统研究遮阴对其单果重、果形指数和果实VC、花色苷、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸含量的影响,并采用转录组测序技术分析遮阴对章姬草莓果实基因表达的影响.结果表明,在冬暖式大棚常规光照的基础上遮阴 36.9%左右,可使草莓果实单果重下降,果形指数提高,VC、花色苷和可溶性固形物含量下降,可滴定酸含量升高,其中对花色苷含量的影响最显著;转录组测序分析结果发现,遮阴对草莓果实的影响涉及多个生理生化过程以及次生代谢物质的合成与积累.

In order to ascertain the effect of shading on strawberry fruit quality and explore its mecha-nism,this study systematically compared the effects of shading treatment on single fruit weight,fruit shape in-dex,and the contents of VC,anthocyanins,soluble solids and titriticable acid of four strawberry varieties(Zhangji,Xiangye,Yuexin and Yuehouji).Transcriptome sequencing technology was used to analyze the effects of shading treatment on gene expression in Zhangji strawberry fruits.The results showed that shading a-bout 36.9%in greenhouse decreased single fruit weight,increased fruit shape index,decreased the contents of VC,anthocyanins and soluble solids,and increased the content of titriticable acid,with the most significant effect on the content of anthocyanins.Transcriptome sequencing analysis showed that the effects of shading treatment on strawberry fruits involved multiple physiological and biochemical processes as well as the synthesis and accumulation of secondary metabolites.
