为探明外源虾青素对盐胁迫下萝卜种子萌发和芽苗生长的作用效果,本试验以晋萝卜 3 号为试材,以蒸馏水处理为对照(CK)研究不同浓度(0.05、0.1、0.3、0.5 g/L和 1.0 g/L)虾青素(As)浸种对 150 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下萝卜种子萌发和芽苗生长的影响.结果表明,随着虾青素浓度增加,盐胁迫下萝卜种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数呈现先上升后下降趋势,其中 0.1 g/L虾青素浸种处理(NaCl+0.1As)的种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数与NaCl处理相比分别提高 9.4%、29.3%、20.5%和 78.4%,相对盐害率则显著降低,降幅为71.5%.NaCl+0.1As处理也显著促进芽苗生长,单株鲜重、芽高和根长比NaCl处理分别增加33.8%、65.2%和 86.9%.相比CK,NaCl处理显著促进芽苗叶片中过氧化氢(H2 O2)和丙二醛(MDA)的积累,并降低根尖细胞活性,导致氧化损伤加剧,而适宜浓度的虾青素处理可显著增加芽苗中可溶性蛋白、酚类化合物、抗坏血酸和谷胱甘肽的含量,增强抗氧化活性,减少盐胁迫引起的氧化损伤,其中NaCl+0.1As处理的缓解效果最佳.综上,外源虾青素可有效缓解盐胁迫对萝卜萌发和芽苗的氧化损伤,促进其萌发和生长,提高萝卜芽苗耐盐能力.该研究结果可为施用虾青素提高萝卜抗盐胁迫能力提供一定的理论和技术支持.

In order to explore the effect of exogenous astaxanthin(As)on radish seed germination and seedling growth under salt stress,this experiment used Jinluobo 3 as experimental material to study the effects of soaking seed with different concentrations(0.05,0.1,0.3,0.5 g/L and 1.0 g/L)of As on radish seed ger-mination and seedling growth under 150 mmol/L NaCl stress,using treatment with distilled water as control(CK).The results showed that with the increase of As concentration,the germination rate,germination poten-tial,germination index and vigor index of radish seeds under salt stress showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Among them,soaking seed with 0.1 g/L As(NaCl+0.1As),the seed germination rate,ger-mination potential,germination index and vigor index were increased by 9.4%,29.3%,20.5%and 78.4%,respectively,compared with the NaCl treatment,and the relative salt injury rate was significantly reduced by 71.5%.The NaCl+0.1As treatment also significantly promoted seedling growth,and the single plant fresh weight,shoot height and root length increased by 33.8%,65.2%and 86.9%,respectively,compared with NaCl treatment.Compared with CK,NaCl treatment significantly promoted the accumulation of hydrogen per-oxide(H2 O2)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in seedling leaves and reduced cell activity of root tips,resulting in aggravated oxidative damage.The treatment with appropriate concentration of astaxanthin significantly in-creased the contents of soluble protein,phenolic compounds,ascorbic acid and glutathione in seedlings,en-hanced antioxidant activity and reduced oxidative damage caused by salt stress,among which,NaCl+0.1As treatment showed the best alleviating effect.In conclusion,exogenous As could effectively alleviate the oxida-tive damage of salt stress to radish germination and seedling growth,promote seed germination and seedling growth,and improve salt tolerance of radish seedlings.The results of this study could provide a certain theoret-ical and technical support for the application of As to improve radish resistance to salt stress.
