Effects of Exogenous Spraying of Naphthalene Acetic Acid on Quality of Crabapple Fruits after Flower Fall

果实小是当前我国海棠发展面临的主要问题之一,众多改善海棠果实小的措施中,喷施激素是最有效的措施之一.本试验以价格低、对生态友好的植物激素萘乙酸(NAA)为试材,设置海棠落花后分别喷施不同浓度的NAA或NAA与 2,3,5-三碘苯甲酸(TIBA)的混合液共 4 个处理,以喷清水为对照(CK),研究其对海棠果实品质的影响.结果表明,单独喷施 1.0 μmol/L NAA可大幅增加海棠单果重,较对照增加29.23%;1.0 μmol/L NAA+100 μmol/L TIBA处理则降低单果重,较对照降低 16.76%.单独喷施萘乙酸处理组果实类黄酮、花色苷、可溶性糖含量显著高于对照,维生素C含量较大幅度高于对照,且 1.0 μmol/L NAA处理的高于0.1 μmol/L NAA处理的;NAA与TIBA混合处理组则降低果实类黄酮、花色苷、可溶性糖、维生素C的含量.单独喷施 1.0 μmol/L NAA可显著提高果实氮磷含量以及苯丙氨酸解氨酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性;NAA与TI-BA混合处理虽使果实氮磷含量以及苯丙氨酸解氨酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性有所降低,但差异均不显著.综上所述,单独喷施 1.0 μmol/L NAA可大幅提高海棠单果重,改善果个小的弊端,提高海棠果实内在品质以及矿质元素含量.该研究结果可为培育大果优质海棠品种奠定一定的理论基础,也可为提高海棠观赏价值以及海棠果实价值的开发提供技术参考.

One of the primary challenges facing crabapple(Malus spectabilis)development in China is the small fruit,and among the various strategies to address this issue,spraying hormones is one of the most ef-fective measures.In this study,the low-priced,eco-friendly plant hormone naphthalene acetic acid(NAA)was used as the test material,four treatments of spraying different concentrations of NAA or mixture of NAA and 2,3,5-triiodobenzoic acid(TIBA)after crabapple flower fall were set with spraying water as control(CK),and their effects on the crabapple fruit quality was studied.The results showed that spraying 1.0 μmol/L NAA alone could significantly increase the single fruit weight of crabapple by 29.23%compared with the control,which decreased by 16.76%compared with the controlin 1.0 μmol/L NAA+100 μmol/L TIBA treat-ment.The contents of flavonoid,anthocyanin and soluble sugar in treatments of spraying NAA alone were sig-nificantly higher than those of control,and the vitamin C content was obviously higher than that of control,which were higher in 1.0 μmol/L NAA treatment than those in 0.1 μmol/L NAA treatment.The treatments with mixture of NAA and TIBA reduced contents of flavonoid,anthocyanin,soluble sugar and vitamin C in fruits.Spraying 1.0 μmol/L NAA alone could significantly increase the contents of nitrogen and phosphorus and the activities of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase and superoxide dismutase,which were reduced treatments with mixture of NAA and TIBA,but no significant difference was observed.In summary,spraying 1.0 μmol/L NAA alone could greatly increase the single fruit weight,improve the disadvantage of small fruit,and im-prove the intrinsic quality and mineral element content of crabapple fruits.The results of this study could lay a theoretical foundation for the cultivation of high-quality crabapple varieties with large fruits,and also provide a technical reference for improving the ornamental value of crabapple and the development of crabapple fruit val-ue.
