102份苹果属海棠种(品种)花部表型多样性研究OA

Study on Phenotypic Diversity of Flowers of 102 Crabapple Species(Varieties)

为探明苹果属海棠花部表型多样性,本研究调查 102 份苹果海棠种(品种)花部的 8 个数量性状(花瓣数、花径、花梗长、花瓣长、花瓣宽、雌蕊数、雄蕊数和花序花朵数)和 9 个质量性状(花瓣形状、花瓣型、花朵型、花瓣排列方式、花瓣状态、花梗状态、花萼状态、花量和成花色)共 17 个性状,并进行多样性分析、相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析.结果表明,花部 8 个数量性状的变异系数范围为 18.3%~35.3%,其中花瓣数的变异系数最高;9 个质量性状的Shannon-Wiener信息指数(H)和Simpson多样性指数(D)变化范围分别为 0.250~1.481 和 0.113~0.856,花瓣形状的H值最大,花瓣状态的D值最大.相关性分析结果表明,102份海棠种(品种)花部多数性状之间存在显著或极显著相关性,存在极显著相关性的性状有 10 对.主成分分析将花部的 8 个数量性状转化为 3 个主成分,累计贡献率达 64.8%,基本上可以反映海棠花部表型性状的绝大部分特征信息,通过各性状载荷值可知,花瓣数、花径、花梗长、花瓣长、花瓣宽和雄蕊数这 6 个性状是引起海棠花部表型差异的主要因素.聚类分析结果表明,在欧氏距离为10.5 处可将102 份海棠种(品种)划分为6类:第Ⅰ类可用于选育深杯中花型、白色花品种;第Ⅱ类可用于选育浅杯中花型、粉色和白色花品种;第Ⅲ类可用于选育浅杯小花型、粉白色和粉色花品种;第Ⅳ类可用于选育浅杯大花型、粉白色花品种;第Ⅴ类可用于选育浅杯大花型、白色花品种;第Ⅵ类可用于选育平型小花型、粉色花品种.102 份海棠种(品种)中,海棠花、草原海棠和'凯尔斯'的花期持续时间最长,达 17 d.综上可知,102 份海棠种(品种)花部表型具有丰富的遗传多样性,该结论可为海棠种质资源的开发利用及新品种培育提供理论依据.

In order to ascertain the phenotypic diversity of flowers of crabapples(Malus spp.),17 flower traits of 102 crabapple species(varieties)including eight quantitative traits(petal number,flower diameter,pedicel length,petal length,petal width,pistil number,stamen number and number of inflorescences flow-ers)and nine qualitative traits(petal shape,petal type,flower type,petal arrangement,petal status,pedicel status,calyx status,flower quantity and flower color)were investigated and analyzed with diversity analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that the variation coefficients of the eight quantitative traits of flowers ranged from 18.3%to 35.3%,and the highest variation coefficient existed in petal number.The Shannon-Wiener information index(H)and Simpson diversity index(D)of the nine qualitative traits ranged from 0.250 to 1.481 and 0.113 to 0.856,respectively,and the petal shape and petal state had the highest H and D value,respectively.The results of correlation analysis showed that there were significant or highly significant correlations between most flower traits of the 102 crabapples,and 10 pairs of highly significant correlations were observed.Principal component analysis transformed the 8 quantitative flower traits into 3 principal components with a cumulative contribution of 64.8%,largely reflec-ting most flower phenotypic trait information of the crabapples.From the load value of each trait,6 phenotypic characters including petal number,flower diameter,pedicel length,petal length,petal width and stamen number were the main factors causing phenotypic differences in crabapple flowers.Cluster analysis showed that the 102 crabapples were divided into six groups at an Euclidean distance of 10.5:group Ⅰcould be used for breeding deep-cup medium flower type and white flower color varieties;group Ⅱ could be used for breeding shallow-cup medium flower type,pink and white flower color varieties;group Ⅲ could be used for breeding shallow-cup small flower type,pink-white and pink flower color varieties;groupⅣcould be used for breeding shallow-cup large flower type and pink-white flower color varieties;groupⅤcould be used for breeding shal-low-cup large flower type and white flower color varieties;and group Ⅵ could be used for breeding flat and small flower type and pink flower color varieties.Malus spectabilis,Malus ioensis and Malus'Kelsey'had the longest flowering period of up to 17 days among the 102 crabapples.In conclusion,the flower phenotypes of the 102 crabapples had rich genetic diversity,which could provide theoretical basis for further development and utilization of crabapple germplasm resources and the breeding of new varieties.
