巴哈赛车前置转向系统设计与分析OA
Design and analysis of front-mounted steering system for Baja racing car
针对巴哈赛车后置断开式转向梯形结构易导致转向性能下降问题,对巴哈赛车转向系统进行改进设计.考虑全地形赛道特点,采用前置分体式转向梯形结构以适配独立悬架,保障复杂路况下的转向稳定性;转向机齿轮齿条选用经调质处理的 42CrMo合金钢,通过力学计算分析系统受力情况,并利用 ANSYS 软件进行仿真验证.结果表明,齿轮齿条峰值接触应力远低于材料屈服强度,部件最小疲劳寿命达标,满足赛车转向系统的强度与耐久性要求.
To address the issue that the rear-mounted split steering trapezoid structure of Baja racing cars tends to cause a decline in steering performance,an improved design was carried out for the steering system of Baja racing cars.Considering the characteristics of all-terrain race tracks,a front-mounted split steering trapezoid structure was adopted to adapt to the independent suspension,ensuring steering stability under complex road conditions;the steering gear rack was made of 42CrMo alloy steel treated with quenching and tempering.The force-bearing status of the system was analyzed through mechanical calculations,and simulation verification was conducted using ANSYS software.The results showed that the peak contact stress of the gear rack was much lower than the yield strength of the material,and the minimum fatigue life of the components meets the standard,satisfying the strength and durability requirements of the racing car's steering system.
