大疆F450四旋翼无人机因机动性好及结构简单等多种优点,被广泛应用在各种领域.针对其结构强度和安全飞行方面的问题,利用ANSYS Workbench建立有限元模型并进行仿真分析,模拟无人机因故障坠机在不同高度和不同重量下撞击地面时的结构的影响,通过对比不同情况下无人机撞击地面时的最大等效应力,确定了大疆F450 无人机在保证结构安全的情况下,飞行高度为5 m,飞行重量为1.6 kg.该结果可为下一步无人机的结构优化设计提供理论依据.

The DJI F450 quadcopter unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)is widely utilized across various fields owing to its advantages such as excellent maneuverability and simple structure.To address issues related to the structural strength and safe flight of the DJI F450 UAV,a finite element model was established using ANSYS Workbench for simulation analysis.The study simulated the impact of the UAV on the ground under different failure conditions,considering variations in altitude and weight during a crash.By comparing the maximum equivalent stress of the drone impacting the ground under different conditions,it was determined that the DJI F450 drone can operate at a flight height of 5 m and a flight weight of 1.6 kg while ensuring structural safety.It is concluded that these results can provide a theoretical basis for the next step in the structural optimization design of the drone.
