农机作业部件材料强化处理技术研究现状与展望OA

Research status and prospect of material strengthening technology for agricultural machinery working components

农机作业部件在复杂工况下面临的磨损失效问题是制约农业机械作业效率与使用寿命的关键因素.采用强化处理技术提升其耐磨、耐腐蚀及抗疲劳性能,对保障农业生产的连续性与经济性具有重要意义.为此,系统梳理了强化处理技术的研究进展,在概述关键部件类型及磨损形式的基础上,围绕表面处理技术、仿生结构设计和高强度材料三类方法展开论述,重点探讨了表面熔覆、热喷涂、堆焊等典型工艺的研究现状.最后,从发展针对性解决方案、推进复合强化技术融合、聚焦低成本高效率制造工艺和构建失效预测体系 4 个方面展望未来发展方向,以期为提升农机作业部件性能提供理论参考.

The wear-out failure problems were confronted by agricultural machinery working parts under complex operating conditions,which were regarded as the key factors restricting the working efficiency and service life of agricultural machinery.The wear resistance,corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance of these parts were improved by adopting strengthening treatment technologies,which was of great significance to ensuring the continuity and economy of agricultural production.For this purpose,the research progress of strengthening treatment technologies was systematically sorted out.On the basis of summarizing the types of key parts and wear forms,discussions were carried out around three types of methods,namely surface treatment technology,bionic structure design and high-strength materials.The research status of typical processes such as surface cladding,thermal spraying and surfacing welding was emphatically discussed.Finally,future development directions were prospected from four aspects:developing targeted solutions,promoting the integration of composite strengthening technologies,focusing on low-cost and high-efficiency manufacturing processes,and constructing a failure prediction system,so as to provide theoretical reference for improving the performance of agricultural machinery working parts.
