The effect of macromolecular sunscreen agents on the mildness of sunscreen products
探讨大分子防晒剂对防晒产品温和度的影响.通过鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管、斑贴和皮肤光毒性的实验,对比了常规以小分子防晒剂为主搭建的防晒产品、以大分子防晒剂为主搭建的防晒产品和以大分子防晒剂为主搭配舒缓活性物搭建的防晒产品温和度.结果表明,相较于常规小分子体系,以大分子防晒剂为核心的配方能降低皮肤刺激性反应,并在HET-CAM实验中表现出更轻微的眼部刺激特性.复配天然舒缓活性物可进一步缓解由紫外线或配方成分可能引发的皮肤不适与炎症反应,协同增强产品整体的温和度与安全性.
This study evaluates the impact of macromolecular sunscreen agents on the mildness of sunscreen products.Using assays including chorioallantoic membrane vascular tests,patch tests,and skin phototoxicity assessments,we compared three types of formulations:conventional sunscreens primarily containing small-molecule UV filters,sunscreens primarily containing macromolecular UV filters,and macromolecular sunscreen formulations combined with soothing active ingredients.Results show that,compared to conventional small-molecule systems,macromolecular sunscreen-based formulations reduce skin irritation and exhibit milder ocular irritation in HET-CAM tests.The addition of natural soothing actives further mitigates skin discomfort and inflammatory responses potentially triggered by UV exposure or formulation components,synergistically enhancing overall product mildness and safety.
