化妆品用金线莲提取物的毒理学安全性研究OA
Toxicological safety evaluation of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lindl.extracts for cosmetic applications
为了探究化妆品用金线莲提取物的安全性,根据《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)进行局部毒性及遗传毒性试验,包括皮肤刺激性试验、急性眼刺激性试验、皮肤变态反应试验、细菌回复突变试验、体外哺乳动物细胞染色体畸变试验.结果表明,金线莲提取物对皮肤无刺激性;在不冲洗条件下对兔眼无刺激性;未观察到皮肤变态反应;未见致突变性;染色体畸变试验结果为阴性.通过研究发现,金线莲提取物在相关实验下表现出良好的安全性,且已有研究报道金线莲提取物亚慢性口服毒性试验未见明显毒副作用,可以认为该提取物在合理使用范围内,对人体健康无明显危害,可添加在化妆品中.
The safety of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lindl.extract for use in cosmetics through local toxicity and genotoxicity tests was discussed,following the Cosmetic Safety Technical Specifications(2015 Edition).The evaluation included skin irritation,acute eye irritation,skin sensitization,bacterial reverse mutation(Ames)testing,and in vitro mammalian cell chromosome aberration assays.The results showed that the extract caused no skin irritation,no eye irritation under non-rinsing conditions in rabbits,no skin sensitization,no mutagenicity,and no chromosomal aberrations.These findings indicate that Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lindl.extract is safe in the tested conditions.Previous studies have also reported no significant toxic effects in subchronic oral toxicity assessments.Overall,within reasonable usage limits,the extract poses no significant risk to human health and is suitable for inclusion in cosmetic formulations.
