Analysis of quality and safety issues in the cosmetics circulation process and research on regulatory countermeasures
梳理了当前化妆品质量抽检存在的主要问题,并从法规体系建设、监管机制完善、企业质量自律与公众风险认知等方面提出针对性建议,旨在为化妆品监督管理部门制定科学合理的监管措施提供理论支撑,也为企业提升产品质量控制水平提供参考依据,从而推动化妆品行业的规范化与高质量发展.
The main issues currently identified in cosmetics quality sampling inspections are systematically summarized.Targeted suggestions are then proposed from the perspectives of regulatory framework development,supervision mechanism enhancement,corporate quality self-regulation,and public risk awareness.This work aims to provide theoretical support for regulatory authorities in formulating scientific and reasonable regulatory measures,while also offering a reference for companies to strengthen their product quality control.Consequently,the standardization and high-quality development of the cosmetics industry can be promoted.
