黄河宁蒙河段泥沙淤积特征分析及治理对策OA
Analysis of Sediment Accumulation Characteristics and Governance Strategies in the Ningxia-Inner Mongolia Reach of the Yellow River
黄河宁蒙河段持续淤积萎缩形成新"悬河",威胁区域防凌防洪安全.梳理宁蒙河段防凌防洪的严峻形势,基于宁蒙河段淤积原因,分析不同治理措施的作用与局限性,提出宁蒙河段减淤治理对策.研究表明:单独采取水土流失治理、加高河道堤防、挖河疏浚等治理措施,只能解决宁蒙河段局部河段、局部时段的淤积问题.须考虑多种措施相互配合、综合治理,才能长期维持宁蒙河段适宜的中水河槽规模,保障防凌防洪安全.
The Yellow River of Ningmeng section continues to face sedimentation and shrinkage,resulting in a"new suspended river",which threatens the safety of regional ice flood control.By combing the critical situation regarding ice prevention and flood control in the Ning-meng section,this study analyzed the roles and limitations of various management measures,proposing strategies for sediment reduction and management in the Ningmeng section.The research indicates that implementing measures such as soil erosion control,raising river embank-ments,and river dredging individually can only tackle sedimentation issues in specific segments and timeframes of the Ningmeng section.It is necessary to consider a variety of measures to cooperate with each other and comprehensive management in order to maintain the appropriate scale of the middle-water channel in the Ningmeng section for a long time and ensure the safety of ice prevention and flood control.
