云蔗创新种质关键农艺性状综合评价OA
Comprehensive Evaluation of Key Agronomic Traits in Yunzhe In-novative Sugarcane Germplasm
为综合评价 15 份云蔗系列甘蔗创新种质在云南开远蔗区的农艺性状表现并筛选高产高糖优良亲本,以主栽品种云蔗 05-51 为对照,在新植及宿根条件下测定株高、茎径、单茎质量、有效茎数、蔗茎产量、纤维分、出汁率、简纯度和蔗糖分等 9 个关键农艺性状,采用主成分分析、隶属函数法和聚类分析进行多性状综合评价.结果表明:各性状变异系数为 4.81%~21.02%,其中单茎质量和蔗茎产量变异系数最大;相关性分析结果显示,株高、茎径和单茎质量均与蔗茎产量呈显著正相关.主成分分析提取出 3 个主成分,累计贡献率达 82.436%,分别代表产量因子、糖分因子和茎数因子.基于隶属函数法的综合评价值(D)排序结果,有 11 份材料高于CK,排序为:云蔗 2018-124>云蔗 2018-95>云蔗 2018-120>云蔗2017-121>云蔗2018-92>云蔗2016-166>云蔗2017-131>云蔗2016-145>云蔗2014-170>云蔗2014-224>云蔗2014-222>云蔗 05-51.聚类分析将种质划分为三类,第Ⅰ类为高产型,第Ⅲ类为高糖型.进一步筛选出单一性状突出的种质:高产型包括云蔗 2017-121、云蔗 2018-124、云蔗 2018-95 等;高糖型包括云蔗 2014-222、云蔗 2016-145、云蔗 2017-152等;高纤维型包括云蔗 2017-152、云蔗 2018-120 等,适合作为机械化品种选育的亲本.云蔗 2018-124 和云蔗 2018-95在产量性状和品质指标上均表现优异,具有作为高产高糖骨干亲本的潜力,可为云南及相似生态区甘蔗品种选育提供材料支撑.
A systematic multi-trait assessment was conducted using principal component analysis,membership function method,and cluster analysis to comprehensively evaluate the agronomic performances of 15 Yunzhe-type innovative sugarcane germplasm lines in Kaiyuan,Yunnan and identify superior parents for high-yield and high-sugar breeding.The main cultivated variety Yunzhe 05-51 was used as the control.Nine key agronomic traits,plant height(PH),stalk diameter(SD),single stalk weight(SSW),millable stalk number per hectare(MSPH),cane yield(CY),fiber content(FC),juice extraction rate(JE),apparent purity(AP),and sucrose content in cane(SC)were measured under both plant cane and first ratoon conditions.The results showed that the coefficients of variation for the traits ranged from 4.81%to 21.02%,with single stalk weight and cane yield exhibiting the greatest variation.Correlation analysis indicated that plant height,stalk diameter,and single stalk weight were significantly positively correlated with cane yield.Principal component analysis extracted three principal components,which together accounted for 82.436%of the total variance,representing yield structure,sugar quality,and stalk population characteristics,respectively.Based on the comprehen-sive evaluation D-values derived from the membership function method,there were 11 materials higher than the control.They were ranked as follows from high to low,Yunzhe 2018-124>Yunzhe 2018-95>Yunzhe 2018-120>Yunzhe 2017-121>Yunzhe 2018-92>Yunzhe 2016-166>Yunzhe 2017-131>Yunzhe 2016-145>Yunzhe 2014-170>Yunzhe 2014-224>Yunzhe 2014-222>Yunzhe 05-51.Cluster analysis classified the germplasm into three groups.Group Ⅰ was iden-tified as the high-yield type,and GroupⅢ as the high-sugar type.Further screening identified the germplasm with out-standing single traits.High-yield types included Yunzhe 2017-121,Yunzhe 2018-124,and Yunzhe 2018-95.High-sugar types included Yunzhe 2014-222,Yunzhe 2016-145,and Yunzhe 2017-152.High-fiber types included Yunzhe 2017-152 and Yunzhe 2018-120,which are suitable as the parents for breeding mechanization-adapted varieties.Both Yunzhe 2018-124 and Yunzhe 2018-95 demonstrated excellent performances in yield and quality related traits,indicating a high potential as core parents for high-yield and high-sugar sugarcane breeding.The materials could provide valuable germplasm support for sugarcane variety selection in Yunnan and other ecologically similar regions.
