起重机械结构疲劳寿命估算中基于密度的自适应应力谱编制方法OA
为提高起重机械结构疲劳寿命估算的精度,文中提出一种基于密度的自适应应力谱编制方法.该方法利用密度聚类算法识别雨流计数结果中的核心应力簇,并借助K距离图自适应确定关键参数;再对非集中区及孤立点采用核密度估计进行补充细分.此策略依据数据自身分布特征自动优化分箱,能精确捕捉并保留关键应力信息.以疲劳损伤相对误差为评估指标与传统分箱方法对比,结果表明该方法可显著降低估算误差,更真实地反映了结构的应力循环特性,为寿命评估提供更可靠的数据基础.
To enhance the accuracy of fatigue life assessment for crane structures,an adaptive stress spectrum compilation method based on density was proposed.A density-based clustering algorithm identifies core stress clusters within rain-flow counting results,while key parameters are adaptively determined using a K-distance plot.Sparsely populated regions and isolated points are next refined through kernel-density estimation,allowing bin limits to self-optimize in response to the data's own distribution and thereby acquiring and preserving every critical stress information accurately.Benchmarked against conventional fixed-binning by the relative error in calculated fatigue damage,the method markedly reduces assessment bias,reproduces the true stress-cycle spectrum more faithfully,and furnishes a more reliable dataset for life assessment.
