铁路隧道二衬脱空原因及注浆补强对策分析OA
随着我国铁路网建设的快速发展,隧道工程数量显著增加,二次衬砌(二衬)作为围岩加固的关键措施,其质量问题日益凸显,对铁路运营安全构成严重威胁.该文针对已开通及即将开通运营的铁路隧道,通过全面检查与深入调研,发现二衬脱空、空洞等缺陷普遍存在,且在建铁路项目中隧道工程占比显著,预示此类问题将愈发突出.通过深入分析隧道二衬脱空、空洞的成因,明确质量控制的关键点.同时,针对现行注浆处理方法的理论依据、施工工艺等方面存在的问题进行剖析,并提出针对性的整治及改进建议.结果表明,工程质量源头控制及减少缺陷是整治二衬缺陷最经济有效的方式,但难以完全避免.现场过度整改及缺乏规范指导的问题突出,需深入研究并出台相关政策,正确认识整治的复杂性及特殊性,在保证质量安全的前提下,寻求更加科学合理的整治策略.工程缺陷整治是质量管理的关键,参建各方应高度重视.工程质量监督部门应将其作为检查要点,加强规范性指导,确保整治工作的科学性、规范性及有效性.从设计等方面研究注浆的适用范围及优化参数,分析缺陷成因并在施工阶段采取措施,可以实现从源头上提高工程质量与安全水平的根本策略,为铁路建设的可持续发展提供有力支持.
With the rapid development of China's railway network construction,the number of tunnel projects has increased significantly.As a key measure for surrounding rock reinforcement,the quality of secondary lining has become increasingly prominent,posing a serious threat to the safety of railway operation.In this paper,through comprehensive inspection and in-depth investigation,it is found that defects such as secondary lining voids and voids are common in railway tunnels that have been opened and are about to be opened and operated,and the proportion of tunnel projects in railway projects under construction is significant,indicating that such problems will become more prominent.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of void and cavity of tunnel secondary lining,the key points of quality control are clarified.At the same time,the problems existing in the theoretical basis and construction technology of the current grouting treatment method are analyzed,and the corresponding improvement and improvement suggestions are put forward.The results show that:The source control of engineering quality and the reduction of defects are the most economical and effective way to rectify the defects of secondary lining,but it is difficult to completely avoid them.The problems of excessive rectification and lack of normative guidance are prominent.It is necessary to conduct in-depth research and introduce relevant policies,correctly understand the complexity and particularity of rectification,and seek more scientific and reasonable rectification strategies on the premise of ensuring quality and safety.The remediation of engineering defects is the key to quality management,and all those who are involved should attach great importance to it.The engineering quality supervision department should take it as the inspection point,strengthen the normative guidance,and ensure the scientificity,standardization and effectiveness of the rectification work.Surveying the application scope and optimization parameters of grouting from the aspects of design and analyzing the causes of defects and taking measures in the construction stage can realize the fundamental strategy of improving the quality and safety level of the project from the source,and provide strong support for the sustainable development of railway construction.
