马铃薯种质资源评价系统,可对获取的马铃薯种质资源产量、品质、抗性等农艺性状数据进行多维灰度分析评价,确定育种目标与各性状间关联度,种质资源之间的遗传距离、位次等级,揭示和总结资源材料的遗传规律,为选育优良品种提供科学、高效的辅助系统.
Potatogermplasm resource evaluation system can perform multi-dimensional analysis and evaluation on data regarding quality,resistance,and other agronomic traits of acquired potato germplasm resources;and determine correlation between breeding objectives and various traits,genetic distance and ranking levels among germplasm resources;reveal and summarize the genetic patterns of the re-source materials,will serves as a scientific and efficient auxiliary system in selecting and developing superior varieties.
