皖北地区低碳农业发展水平测度及障碍因素研究OA

低碳农业的发展是实现乡村振兴和"双碳"战略目标的重要途径,基于此,运用熵权-TOPSIS法与障碍度模型,立足2017-2023年面板数据,测度皖北地区低碳农业发展水平及障碍因素.结果表明:研究期内皖北地区低碳农业发展水平总体呈现稳步上升态势,各市低碳农业发展水平存在较大差异;影响皖北地区低碳农业发展主要障碍因素包括新型农民培训人数、涉农高校数量、农业财政投入、农地植被覆盖率、森林覆盖率等.据此提出发展建议:强化创新支撑投入,倡导低碳经营理念,优化农业产业结构,加强区域间统筹协调与差异化发展.

The development of low-carbon agriculture constitutes a crucial approach to advancing rural revitaliza-tion and fulfilling the"dual carbon"strategic goals.Based on this,this article uses entropy weight TOPSIS method and obstacle degree model to measure the development level and obstacle factors of low-carbon agriculture in northern An-hui based on panel data from 2017 to 2023.The results showed that during the research period,the overall development level of low-carbon agriculture in northern Anhui showed a steady upward trend,and there were significant differences in the level of low-carbon agriculture development among cities;The main obstacles to the development of low-carbon agriculture in northern Anhui included the number of new farmers trained,the number of agricultural universities,agri-cultural financial investment,agricultural land vegetation coverage,forest coverage,etc.Based on this,development sug-gestions are proposed:strengthening innovation support investment,advocating low-carbon management concepts,opti-mizing agricultural industrial structure,strengthening regional coordination and differentiated development,in order to provide some reference value for the development of low-carbon agriculture in other underdeveloped areas.
