肌少性肥胖患者非药物干预的最佳证据总结OA

Objective To summarize the evidence on non-pharmacological interventions for sarcopenic obesity and provide reference for guiding clinical nurses in effectively managing patients with sarcopenic obesity.Methods A systematic search was conducted in databases and websites for evidence on non-pharmacological interventions for sarcopenic obesity from September 1,2015 to September 1,2025.An evaluation of the evidence's quality was performed,and evidence was gathered and summarized from eligible literature.Results Fourteen articles were collected,including one guideline,four systematic reviews,one evidence summary,and eight expert consensuses.The best evidence included eight themes of screening,assessment,multidisciplinary management,dietary intervention,exercise intervention,traditional Chinese medicine intervention,social and psychological support,and health education,and 29 pieces of evidence were summarized.Conclusion This study systematically reviewed the evidence-based basis for non-pharmacological in-terventions for sarcopenic obesity,providing theoretical support for clinical practice.It is recommended that medical and nursing staff combine specific clinical situations and rationally select intervention strategies.By implementing standardized and systematic screen-ing and intervention,the symptoms of patients can be improved and their healthy lifespan can be extended.
