基于临床实景图像的活页式教材在提升规培期护士慢性病管理能力中的应用OA
Impact of a loose-leaf textbook with clinical real-world images on enhancing chronic disease management competence of nurses during standardized residency training
目的 探讨基于临床实景图像的活页式教材对内科规培期护士慢性病管理能力提升的影响.方法 选取在内科片区轮转的规培期护士作为研究对象,2024年4月轮转护士作为对照组(n=20),2024年10月轮转护士作为试验组(n=20),对照组按照常规方法(业务学习+静态案例教学)进行培训;试验组采取基于临床实景图像的活页式教材培训.比较2组培训前后临床评判性思维能力、培训后理论与临床实践考核成绩及对培训方法的满意度.结果 试验组评判性思维能力、理论与临床实践能力考核成绩、对培训方式的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 融入临床实景图像的活页式教材能够补充和完善内科规培期护士慢性病管理的培训效果,培养并提高其评判性思维,有助于快速提升岗位胜任能力.
Objective To explore the impact of a loose-leaf textbook with clinical real-world images on enhancing chronic disease management competence of nurses during standardized residency training in Department of Internal Medicine.Methods Nurses undergoing rotation in Department of Internal Medicine were selected as study subjects.Nurses rotating in April 2024 were assigned to the control group(n=20),and those rotating in October 2024 to the experimental group(n=20).The control group received training using conventional methods(professional lectures+static case-based teaching),while the experimental group received training using a loose-leaf textbook with clinical real-world images.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical critical thinking ability before and after training,theoretical and clinical practice assessment scores after training,and satisfaction with the training.Results The experimental group had higher scores in critical thinking ability,theoretical and clinical practice assessments,and satisfaction with the training compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The loose-leaf textbook with clinical real-world images can improve training effectiveness for chronic disease management among nurses during standardized residency training in Department of Internal Medicine.It fosters their critical thinking and contributes to the rapid improvement of post competence.
