护理硕士研究生科研中应用AI的伦理困境OA
Ethical dilemmas in applying AI in scientific research of nursing postgraduates
目的 探讨护理硕士研究生在科研中应用人工智能的伦理困境,为规范使用人工智能提供参考.方法 采用描述性质性研究方法,选取2025年1-8月,来自2所高校的16名护理硕士研究生为受访对象,开展半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi七步分析法分析访谈资料.结果 共提炼3个主题7个亚主题,包括人工智能使用过程中出现的伦理认知困境(相关伦理知识匮乏导致的认知困境、相关伦理敏感性不足导致的认知困境);伦理认知不足引发的实践困境(伦理认知不足引发的工具依赖困境、伦理认知不足引发的质量妥协困境、批判性思维与验证行为的保留);相关伦理制度滞后的现实困境(相关伦理规范的滞后性、相关制度与伦理教育的双重缺位).结论 护理硕士研究生对科研活动中应用人工智能的相关伦理认知不足、知识匮乏,相关单位应依据权威机构发布的相关指南、文件积极推进相关伦理法律法规的完善,各高校应加强学生、教师AI伦理意识培训和相关制度的建设,促进人工智能在科研领域规范使用.
Objective To explore the ethical dilemmas encountered by Master of Nursing Specialist(MNS)students when using artifi-cial intelligence(AI)in scientific research,and to provide reference for standardizing AI application.Methods A descriptive qualita-tive study was conducted.Semi-structured interviews were carried out with 16 MNS students from two universities between January and August 2025.The interview data were analyzed using Colaizzi's method of phenomenological analysis.Results Three main themes and seven sub-themes emerged:Ethical cognitive dilemmas during AI use(cognitive dilemmas due to inadequate ethical knowl-edge and insufficient ethical sensitivity);Practical dilemmas arising from insufficient ethical awareness(over-reliance on AI tools,qual-ity compromises stemming from deficient ethical cognition,and the retention of critical thinking and verification);Real-world dilemmas caused by lagging ethical regulations(delayed development of ethical guidelines and the dual absence of institutional frameworks and ethics education).Conclusion MNS students demonstrate insufficient ethical awareness and knowledge regarding AI appliction in re-search.Relevant institutions should perfect ethical regulations based on guidelines issued by authoritative bodies,and universities should strengthen AI ethics training for both students and faculty,establish relevant institutional policies,and promote the standardized use of AI in academic research.
