泌乳母猪口服右旋糖酐铁对哺乳仔猪生长性能的影响OA
Effects of oral administration of iron dextran to lactating sows on the growth performance of suckling piglets
试验旨在研究泌乳母猪口服右旋糖酐铁对哺乳仔猪生长性能的影响.将36头临产母猪随机分成两组,每组9个重复,每个重复两头猪.对照组母猪饲喂基础日粮,产后3 d仔猪肌肉注射右旋糖酐铁注射液2 mL;试验组母猪在饲喂基础日粮的基础上添加50 mg/kg右旋糖酐铁粉.预试期1周,正式试验期21 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组仔猪平均日增重差异不显著(P>0.05),血红蛋白浓度略有提高(P>0.05).与对照组相比,试验组母猪乳汁中铁、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、总蛋白、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的含量均极显著升高(P<0.01).研究表明,母猪口服右旋糖酐铁可替代仔猪注射补血剂的方式.
The experiment aimed to investigate the effect of oral administration of iron dextran to lactating sows on the growth performance of suckling piglets.A total of 36 sows near parturition were randomly divided into two groups,each with nine replicates of two sows per replicate.The sows in the control group were fed a basal diet,and their piglets were intramuscularly injected with 2 mL of iron dextran injection at 3 days postpartum.In the experimental group,sows were fed the basal diet supplemented with 50 mg/kg of iron dextran powder.The pre-trial period lasted one week,followed by a formal trial period of 21 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain of piglets in the experimental group was not significantly different(P>0.05),while the hemoglobin concentration was slightly increased(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the contents of iron,immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),total protein,and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in the milk of sows in the experimental group were significantly elevated(P<0.01).The study indicates that oral administration of iron dextran to sows can serve as an alternative to injectable iron supplementation for piglets.
